We are currently searching for a highly talented Warranty Parts Specialist Representative in Richmond Hill, GA! Are you someone that provides service with a smile? As a warranty Parts Specialist, you will work with the team to supervise and coordinate the buying of HVAC/Plumbing products, materials, and services in a professionally coordinated way. This role is highly customer-facing, and we find the most successful individuals in this position can quickly move between tasks, keep a cool head, and keep a positive outlook when interacting with customers. The duties of this role will include- Identifying and ordering required parts, software, and tools for specific service orders. Preparing customer quotes for service activities. Identifying and scheduling field service engineers for onsite repair and maintenance. The position necessities include providing customers with technical information, part price, and express delivery of replacement parts, and coordinating Field Service Engineer’s schedules to meet our customer’s expected arrival timeframes.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain a customer back-order file.
• Advise customer or Service Advisor on receipt of back ordered parts.
• Tag and maintain inventory of warranty parts to be held.
• Develop a strong relationship with all customers through excellent communication.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and on time.
• Be knowledgeable of parts automation requirements.
• Accurately handle costing of parts on repair orders as appropriate
• Handle the process of credit and backlog all approvals and denials.

• Experience with Service Titan

Experience/ Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, associates and college degrees preferred.
