PromptCare is looking for a Warehouse Technician (Homecare) to join our Warehouse & Distribution Team in Lenexa, KS. This is a full-time position, 40hrs per week. Mon-Fri and on-call rotating schedule.

Job Summary

A Warehouse Technician is responsible for the smooth day-to-day activities in the warehouse including shipping/receiving, cleaning, run testing and repair of equipment, inventory maintenance, pick/pack stock, delivering of medical supplies, delivery/set-up, and pick-up of medical equipment in accordance with all State and Federal regulations and accrediting body standards.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Driver’s license. Clean driving record for 3 years.
  • Good sense of direction and ability to read maps.
  • HME equipment repair experience preferred.
  • Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Equipment manufacturer repair certification preferred.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Good verbal/communication/organizational skills.
  • Strong technical skills with a good knowledge base

Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles with all required equipment, medications, oxygen and supplies into truck in a timely manner before leaving the office.
  • Correctly and effectively delivers HME, medications, oxygen and supplies.
  • Picks, packages, and ships product/equipment following process for UPS, Fed Ex, and couriers for timely delivery.
  • Tags equipment appropriately, bags and stocks into patient-ready areas per Policies and Procedures.
  • Consistently empties trash, empties recycling, straightens stock and sweeps floor to maintain clean warehouse appearance.
  • Tracks and locates lost packages shipped from warehouse
  • Inspects all shelves to ensure all product is stocked, rotated and out-of-date product is removed.
  • Responds to emergency delivery calls as needed on a rotating on-call basis.
  • Other duties assigned
