Job Title: Warehouse Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

-Ensure all inventory is groundstocked

-Unload containers, help stock, and gather inventory counts as needed

-Load box trucks/vans for distribution

-Maintain an organized work space with attention to detail

-Quality checks on equipment, as needed

-Prep orders for customers and shipment

-Help maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment

-Communicate effectively with team members and management -Operate various forklifts and pallet jacks. (Training/certifications provided)

-Consolidate crates/pallets and condense to make room for new inventory

-Be a team player and collaborate well with others

-Complete tasks assigned in a timely manner and ensure delays are communicated

- Basic cleaning responsibilities

-All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous warehouse or distribution experience, preferred.

- Forklift certified and experience with an electric pallet jack/manual pallet jack, preferred.

- Ability to lift 80 lbs, 50 feet.

- Micro awareness for safety concerns and a bias for action to fix issues.

- Strong work ethic with desire to get the job done completely and properly.

-Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends

-Must have a method of transportation to travel between locations

We started our business out of a storage unit in 2014 and have since expanded into 20,000 square feet of space for our operations. We have 10+ employees and are expanding quickly with plans to open more locations across the country. We serve our local communities and have an ecommerce presence that is rapidly expanding.
