The Warehouse Lead Hand reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of their warehouse activities. Duties include but not limited to:

Responsibilities

Responsible to assist Warehouse Manager in all aspects of warehouse activity. To be the primary backup in the event of Manager absence. Duties include but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

o Inventory levels and cycle counting.
o Customerorderprocessing.
o Receiving of customer goods into the facility.
o Labeling of new / current products.
o Confirming order accuracy for all outbound shipments.
o Handles customer pickups.
o Coordinatespickupwithoperationsstaff.
o Maintain a clean facility and monitor employee cleanliness.
o Ensure work assigned to employees is being completed correctly and on time.
o Reportanyissuestowarehousemanagerandworkonresolutionstogether.
o Completeanydocumentationorcountsrequiredformanagerreports.
o Complete order requests, customer programs, counts, display builds accurately and on time every

time.
o Followworkplacesafetypoliciesandprocedures.
o FollowworkplaceGMPandPIPpoliciesandprocedures.
o Ensure you understand all aspects of the warehouse business and perform all requested warehouse

tasks.
o Read and understand all company SOP’s.
o Understandallwarehouseaccounts.
o Show professionalism everyday towards all departments, staff, carriers, customers, and drivers.

Responsible to be able to perform Manager duties when required. Duties include but not limited to:

o PackingslipgenerationforoutboundshipmentsfromWMS.
o Creating pick tickets / Receiving slips from the WMS.
o Coordinating all shipment pickups / deliveries with operations staff.
o Monthendinternalreporting.
o Overflow shipping assistance. Creating shipment paperwork / labels.
o Managingwarehousestaff/Delegatingdailyemployeeresponsibilities.
o Daytodaycorrespondenceandcustomerrequests.
o Understand the complete WMS system and process all customer reporting requests.
o Ensure all record documentation that is required is completed properly and on time.
o Ensurethatallpoliciesandproceduresarebeingfollowedbyallemployees,drivers,andvisitors. o Ensure that all employees are using proper Personal Protective Equipment.
o Ensure all employees are following proper procedures when completing different tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Tooele, UT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
