We are actively seeking a Warehouse Shipping Lead add to our Vernon, California team. This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

Job Responsibilities

As part of our LA Distribution Warehouse Team, you will play a key role in the growth of our business. The Warehouse Shipping Lead will assist in leading & executing our inbound/outbound operations, processing shipping documentation, and inventory management.

Your specific areas of responsibility will include:

· Co-direct morning and afternoon meetings with shipping and receiving department.

· Assign warehouse employee tasks and adjust labor as needed.

· Verify accuracy (quantity and SKU’s) for inbound/outbound shipments.

· Resolve inventory discrepancies.

· Assist in inventory counts at the end of day.

· Contacting drayage vendors to bring containers needed and update file accordingly.

· Monitor calendar for inbound/outbound shipments.

· Monitor warehouse staff.

· Maintain warehouse clean and organized.

· Communicate with all warehouse personnel.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

We are looking an energetic, organized, and polished Warehouse Shipping Lead. It is important that you have experience in managing warehouse operations and have interpersonal skills as well as the ability work in a multi-cultural team environment.

Additional qualifications for the role include:

· 5+ years supervisory warehouse experience.

· Effective computer, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Sage experience a plus.

· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

· Prolonged periods of standing/walking.

· Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move objects up to 20 pounds.

Forklift operation skills / certificate is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
