Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator Job at Crown Staffing Inc.
Summary: Operates warehouse equipment as well as provides general, physical labor support to
Warehouse operations by providing by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs general labor type duties in the Warehouse as instructed by a Foreman,
Warehouse Manager, or other supervisory personnel.
Operates warehouse equipment and machinery including sit down propane and sit down
electric, stand-up reach, order picker, pallet jack electric/manual, and clamp attachment.
Acts as a lead person while working with IWS employees/temporary labor on assignments
from foreman.
Consolidates warehouse inventory and update bin locations.
Secure inventory inside warehouse/container/trailer.
Practices all IWS safety procedures.
Meets daily quota (ability to complete all daily task assigned).
Prepares manual Warehouse Receipts and notes discrepancies.
Responsible for off-loading, stacking, and loading materials.
Secures product for storing or shipping using stretch wrap.
Affixes shipping labels and/or unique identifiers on cartons.
Compares physical totals against Packing List/Bill of Lading.
Moves incoming cargo from staging area to assigned bin location.
Selects orders using Pick List.
Unpacks incoming shipments.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience

group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
