General Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate picking, sorting, and staging of parts associated with Transfers and Customer Orders, PO’s.

Essential Functions

1. Responsible for picking, packing product accurately for orders and staging in designated area on dock

2. Maintain Cleanliness of facility/ keep areas clean and free of debris

3. Put away of received product

4. Follow Safety rules and procedures in the facility.

5. Other assigned duties as determined by Supervisor based on daily volume

Job Specifications

1. High School diploma, GED certificate or demonstrated ability to read, speak, and understand English in order to maintain work specific documents and perform required daily tasks with Electronic Scanning Devices.

2. Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving entire body, such as climbing, lifting balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.

3. Ability to stand in one place for extended period of time.

4. Good physical condition, able to lift 50 lbs. safely.

5. The ability to follow directions is extremely important.

6. Familiarity with materials handling and Radio frequency equipment is beneficial

7. Must have basic computer PC skills.

8. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook….) is preferred.

9. Experience with WMS systems is a plus.
