As a Warehouse Assembly Lead you will set up jobs for you and the team.
Warehouse Assembly Lead Pay: $18.00/hour
Base Hours: Monday – Friday. 1st shift Days 7am-3pm overtime as needed.
Location: 675 Brighton Beach Road, Menasha WI 54952
$1000 Sign on Bonus. $500/1st full pay period, $200/6 months, $300/1 year.
Walk in interviews every Thursday 3:15-4:15pm at our N9234 Lake Park Rd, Appleton location
As our Warehouse Assembly Lead, you will:
- Set-up jobs for you and your team, oversee workers
- Work and run small machinery – i.e. shrink wrap, collator, labeler
- Make minor machine adjustments as needed
- Train new workers to required job tasks
- Complete production and productivity paperwork and ensure quality
- Discuss production, improvements, and concerns with the supervisor.
- Operate forklift and electric walkie rider to move pallets of product
- Perform other duties as assigned and assist in other areas as needed
- No experience necessary! We will provide you with all the training you need to be successful.
Qualifications:
- Job requires the ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds
- You’ll be standing or walk for the entire duration of your shift
