General Position Summary:
This individual will assist and support the warehouse team with the specific daily duties, administrative tasks, activities, and assignments associated with the movement of goods within the warehouse. He/she must have the ability to continuously prioritize various day to day job duties as well as maintain focus on specific shipment details.

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:
· Log inbound and outbound shipments in appropriate systems.

· Update inventory in WMS as appropriate.

· Log and update all outbound ASN’s in appropriate systems.

· Organize and maintain inbound and outbound paperwork.

· Ensure all photos of outbound shipments are taken and logged into system.

· Support a culture of safety in warehouse environment.

· Responsible for notifying supervisor of any difficulties with job duties or assignments.

· Assist other team members or other teams as needed.

· Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls when needed

· Closely monitor your voice mail changing your voice mail to indicate your availability as well as picking up voice mail messages as soon as your indicator light is on.

· Utilize the Company’s Core; TEAM (Trust, Empowerment, Accountability & Mesh) as a platform in which to lead from.

· Demonstrate a willingness to improve job related skills; responsive to direction and criticism showing flexibility and creativity in completing work assignments.

· Keep the supervisor informed of occurrences and potential problems effecting the daily operations of the client

· Develop and maintain a positive, supportive and productive working relationship with managers, coworkers, team members.

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures relating to the Employee, Client or Departmental Manuals.

· Keep the warehouse manager informed of occurrences and potential problems affecting the daily operations of the department and / or affecting customer satisfaction with the move process.

· Additional job assignments or projects as directed by the supervisor as deemed necessary for the benefit of the company.

· Never communicate internal issues or negative comments to internal or external customers or partner agents.

Specific Job Skill / Requirements:
· Ability to communicate and interact with people of various levels in an effective and professional manner.

· Excellent organizational skills to efficiently perform daily work activities.

· Must have good problem solving skills and make sound business decisions.

· Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as being a good listener.

· Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision.

· Strong Microsoft Office applications skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).

· Customer service driven with the ability to meet customer needs in a timely fashion.

· Ability to work under the pressures of time constraints in a fast paced work environment.

Education and/or Experience:
· High school diploma or GED required.

· Experience in related position and/or related industry preferred.

· Minimum of 2 year(s) in customer service position or related industry preferred.

Job Conditions:
· Demanding, fast-paced work environment.

· Full-time position (40+ hrs/week) with work hours generally Monday through Friday with flexibility in work schedule for start and finish times as determined by supervisor as well as occasional overtime as necessary including nights and/or weekends.

· Average lift less than 10lbs. and maximum unassisted lift up to 35lbs.

· Must be able to bend, stoop, stand and sit at a desk all for extended periods of time.

· Inside average office environment with average noise levels.

· Varying inside and outside weather and temperature conditions.

· Heavy volume of phone calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
