Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Virtual Sales Associate to join PracticeMatch, an M3 company.

Job Description
  • Perform on-demand demos of virtual platform
  • Identify decision makers and talent acquisitions to schedule a time to take them through an in-depth demonstration of the virtual platform and all its features and benefits over the phone
  • Ability to provide standard pricing quotes to prospects and overcome objections by selling the value of virtual hiring events
  • Negotiate contracts with decision makers and upper management with clarity and confidence
  • Perform administrative functions, including processing contracts and paperwork

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of sales experience in direct or indirect sales is preferred
  • Ability to build consistent revenue in pipeline
  • Experience in customer service is required
  • Professionalism
  • Proven experience in healthcare sales role
  • Experience in customer service is required
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.
  • Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
  • Remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
  • Recognize problems, identify possible causes and resolve routine problems.
  • Team player with a "can do" attitude that can work in a fast-paced environment.
