Summary/Objective

The Video & Photo Content Producer performs the day-to-day functions to support and maintain the video marketing strategies for the company.

Position Pay Range (based on experience): $47,500 - $59,400

Essential Functions

1. Identifies and creates video content opportunities to support the company marketing strategy
2. Plans, shoots, and edits video and photo content across multiple external platforms and channels, ensuring consistent brand alignment and messaging
3. Records and edits corporate video, photography, and audio/podcast content for internal platforms and channels
4. Assists the social media, communication, content, and marketing team members to identify opportunities to record video and photos at onsite and offsite events/locations
5. Assists with storyboards, scripts, and video content planning with company stakeholders and proactively maintains a video content calendar
6. Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• Excellent storytelling and eye for visually creative video production
• Mastery of hardware and software for photo, video, and audio including Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Audition etc), Garageband, Audacity, etc.
• A high quality, creative portfolio of video, photography, and animation
• Self-motivated, a problem solver, and a team player
• Excellent knowledge, ability, and efficiency to create and repurpose content across multiple social media platforms
• Passionate about learning and keeping informed about emerging creative and video technologies
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
• Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation
• Strong communication skills & professional demeanor

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Video Production, or related field preferred or equivalent education, training and experience.
