Vice President of Consulting - Behavioral Health Job at Horizon Health
- Assess, audit and review programs to identify opportunities
- Leverage best practices to make program enhancement recommendations
- Perform research and maintain knowledge on all regulations and statutes and manage large and complex projects to achieve all compliance objectives.
- Drive end-to-end project management of consulting projects (from start to completion)
- Perform small and large-scale audits of client reporting methods and processes to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Assess and redesign organizational workflows, policies, and procedures (P&Ps), reporting, and internal controls relating to a client’s behavioral health programs
- Conduct client interviews to gain an understanding of and evaluate aspects of client situation and operations.
- Work closely with client organization’s C-Suite and leadership teams to assess and advise on opportunities …
- Effectively summarize, draw conclusions, and create recommendations from large data sets or analyses.
- Lead various work streams within a project, including managing day to day engagement priorities with guidance from senior leaders.
- Prepare client-ready deliverables and presentations, making presentations to clients.
- Build relationships with clients and seek opportunities to expand the scope of business.
- Support business development initiatives by assisting with the pitch preparation process and creation of marketing materials.
- Works collaboratively with Client leadership to assure a high degree of client satisfaction, as measured by customer surveys
- Prepares and presents high quality, detailed reports that describe recommendations for new program development or program enhancements
