We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical care to animals, administering medications, assisting with surgeries, and providing support to the veterinary staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and a commitment to providing the highest quality of service. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarians in providing medical care to animals.
- Administer medications and vaccinations to animals.
- Perform laboratory tests, such as urinalysis and blood counts.
- Monitor vital signs of animals, such as temperature, pulse, and respiration rate.
- Assist in surgery and other medical procedures.
- Maintain records of animal care, treatment, and medications administered.
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care and nutrition.
