Cella is looking for a UX/UI Designer to help support a client of ours in the hospitality industry. This client is the world's largest hotel franchising company by the number of properties, with over 8,900 hotels across nearly 95 countries on six continents.

In this role you will be responsible for producing and delivering world-class product design work. You will craft experiences designed to increase bookings, expand loyalty, guest engagement, and elevate the family of brands.

The ideal candidate has a passion for digital design and thrives in collaborative environment while maintaining an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and design best-in-class customer experiences for client's digital product team across web and app.
• Work closely with product and loyalty teams to increase bookings, guest engagement, and loyalty memberships.
• Help deliver direct bookings through design of smart, personalized and customer-first promotions and programs on all digital channels (websites, app, email, etc.)
• Support occasional brand initiatives across all digital channels.
• Lead others to become great, passionate, talented designers who are expanding their careers.
• Manage and organize creative assets with an eye on creating more efficiencies for the team.
• Design and deliver work across all digital channels.
• Build relationships across digital teams, marketing, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee asset management and product design releases.
• Proactive communications with production and development teams.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders, designers, copywriters, and producers.
• Celebrate completed assignments as a team.
• Share knowledge and maintain best practices.
• Keep documentation up-to-date and easy to follow/replicate.
