What you'll do...

We seek a User Experience Researcher to help us improve the digital car shopping experience. Come help set the strategic direction for our products, while championing the voice of the user. You will dive deep with our customers to understand what they really want and need and help our product teams turn those insights into actionable steps. You will join an empathetic, inclusive, and curiosity driven UX team that serves as close partners with our product team members and fiercely advocates for our users.

• Leading high level, strategic research initiatives utilizing innovative research methods and experiments to help drive product direction for the organization

• Partnering with Product Owners, Product Managers, Interaction Designers, and other product team members to understand customer needs and opportunities

• Owning the user research process for your products throughout the product lifecycle, from problem definition and research planning to synthesis and stakeholder buy-in

• Planning, conducting, and facilitating user research sessions such as user interviews, contextual inquiry, co-creation workshops, data analysis, lean experimentation, etc.

• Championing user experience research and design to departments across the company

• High level strategic thinking and analysis for both early-stage concepts and established products.

• Taking a highly collaborative approach with your partners in the product organization

• Helping mentor and guide product teams on the value of user research and design

You'll have...

• Bachelor’s degree in related field like Human-computer interaction, sociology, anthropology, psychology or design or a combination of education and equivalent experience

Even better, you may have...

• 4+ years of experience leading user research initiatives for highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
