Lewis & Clark Traffic Control and Security LLC Seattle, WA 98101
Lewis & Clark Traffic Control and Security LLC is seeking Unarmed, Armed Security Guards and Executive Protection Officers to be added to our employee roster and become an integral part of our team in the Seattle/Tacoma areas. The selected individuals will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons. All positions are temporary and part-time and at different locations. We currently do NOT have full-time positions. Acceptance of applicants will add them to our employee roster for when work is available.
Responsibilities:
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
Expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
- High school graduate and be at least 18 YOA
- Be qualified to work in the U.S.
- Possess a state of WA Security Guard License
- Possess a LEOSA or State of WA Firearm Certificate (If applying for armed positions)
- Possess a Concealed Carry Permit (If position is armed and would include non-uniform concealed carry of a weapon)
- Ability to sit and walk for long periods of time depending on the specific job
- Strong attention to detail and strong skills in reading, writing, and comprehension
