  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 11AM-7PM (flexible)
  • Pay: $16.80 hourly
    • $1,000 sign on bonus!

The UA Support Coordinator Role and How You WILL Make a Difference

UA Collectors are responsible for:

  • Observing and collects urine samples
  • Labeling, documenting, and preparing samples for processing
  • Following Universal Precautions and all OSHA standards when handling samples
  • Strictly adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and private collection space
  • Coordinating with a team of therapists, case managers, and office support staff

Who We'd Love to Join Our Team!

North Valley serves adults ages 18 and older and provides a range of mental health services, including individual therapy, medication management, and case management. The North Valley clinic serves those who utilize Medicaid, grants, and county funding.

For this role and program, we are looking for someone who has

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year of customer service experience (Preferred)
  • Previous behavior health experience (Preferred)
