What are we looking for?
SoftPro is seeking a Trust Account Reconciler in our Raleigh, NC office or as a remote employee. In this position, you will be responsible for managing an assigned group of SoftPro Reconciliation Service Customers.

What will I do as a Trust Account Reconciler at SoftPro?
  • Manage all components of the daily reconciliations of customer’s daily transactions using ProTrust software.
  • Manage all components of the reconciliation of customers’ monthly bank statements using ProTrust software,
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely report packages to Customers.
  • Make recommendations to customers on how to better manage their trust accounts.

What skills do I need to be successful as a Trust Account Reconciler at SoftPro?
  • Minimum 2 years applicable work experience in a real estate closing environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Understanding bank reconciliation processes
  • Comfort with technology
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Enjoy working with numbers
  • Possess a strong math aptitude
  • Understand basic accounting concepts
  • Understanding of escheat rules is a plus
