Description
- Kathleen Stahl Travel provides luxury travel services to clients around the country. We have a comfotable and relaxed office where we collaborate to create trips that meet client's high expectations.
- You would be responsible for working with suppliers and clients to implement the owner's vision for the client's experience.
- We are looking for a part or full time position and hours can be flexible within reason.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years clerical/administrative experience with preference for assistant to exectutive of a company
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Outlook in particular
- College degree preferred
- Ability to multi-task and extremely detail oriented
- Comfortable with a fast-paced work enviroment
- Ability to interact professionally with high net-worth clients
- No experience in travel is required although a strong knowledge of global geography is very helpful
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
