Summary:
Creates and conducts a variety of training sessions, workshops and seminars for team members, including New BMG Team Member Orientation and support technical systems such as API, Athena. Works with all levels of BMG leadership to determine training needs and provides appropriate development opportunities. Coordinates Leadership Development programs delivered by Organizational OD Department uses Healthstream for compentencies and learning events.

Responsibilities:
Participate in identifying the learning needs of departments and individual team members. Develops appropriate content and material for training. Present training independently or with fellow team members. Coordinate and facilitate Beebe Medical Group orientation and presentations for all new team members in accordance with best practice and other regulatory requirements. Advocate for team members, as needed, to provide ongoing support, guidance, and access to resources. Meet with team members, to educate on areas of deficit noted by Director, Manager and/or Team Leader. Perform routine audits for non-clinical department competencies to ensure consistency and compliance with organization policy and standards.

Demonstrated teaching ability. Demonstrated ability in public speaking, report writing, and program development with implementation.
