Job Purpose

Manages all operations training materials, training SharePoint site, HSE Training Software, SAP Transactions, and Quality SOPs and coordinates all health, safety, and environmental (HSE), SAP, Akzonobel leading performance system (ALPS), and standard operating procedures(SOP) Training for the operations team. Updates all records and systems related to operations training and reports to leadership for evaluations as well as employee development opportunities and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, track, and keep records of all continuous improvement training activities for all operations roles (20%)
  • Manages operations competency training matrix (5%)
  • Provide train-the-trainer sessions as needed (5%)
  • Provide orientation training to all new employees, including site rules and processes, products, production, and paint theory as well as continuous improvement methodologies (10%)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and continuous improvement programs working with process owners to continually improve (15%)
  • SAP Administration for material master, master recipes, and BOM along to process change requests thru PMMT and Spec Maintenance in the system (25%)
  • Support AS9100 and ISO14001 certifications as a certified internal auditor (5%)
  • Support HSE training on-site such as Respirator Fit Test, Classroom training, and quarterly safety training as needed (10%)
  • Other duties as requested or required (5%)

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma OR GED Required
  • SAP software experience – (minimum 2 years)
  • Training and administration (minimum 3 years)
  • MS Office (minimum 5 years)
  • Manufacturing Experience (Minimum 2 years)

Total Compensation

  • The hourly range for these skills is $25 to $27/hr. + 4% annual bonus.
