Northern Management Group is currently hiring a Network Trainer to join our growing management team. A Network trainer is a key employee responsible for executing training plans and programs within our store locations reporting to the Director of Training. We are currently hiring for the Metro-West locations of Hopkinton, Sherborn, Natick, Framingham, Milford, Holliston, and Ashland. Northern Management Group is a family oriented growing Network of Dunkin’ locations. We currently operate 27 locations within 3 Networks and are looking to grow! Immediate openings available!

Who we are looking for:
- Friendly Role Model that can execute the training and development programs throughout the Network area under the supervision of the Director of training
- Motivated Self Starter with great positive Energy that can build a Team environment, start off New Hires successfully, and create/maintain a people first culture in the restaurant.
- Good computer skills to assist with monitoring, follow up, and reporting on Training progress
- Previous Fast Food/Quick Service Restaurant Experience
- Top Notch Customer Service Skills
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Reliable Transportation as travel between locations is required.
