Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communications and integration of software, hardware, applications and tools, data bases, hardware, meta-models, visualization, dashboards, SharePoint, scripts, APIs, network access, and related digital engineering environment capabilities.
  • Perform capability, analysis and tradeoff studies.
  • Demonstrate how tools, applications, and software enable digital engineering.
  • Prepares and provides required reports, briefings, and reviews to client.
  • Collaborate with Digital Engineering transformation team to integrate tools, applications, and software with MBSE-based processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on capability needs and gaps.
  • Assist in transitioning policy, standards, guidance, methods, dashboards, and training/mentoring of the digital engineering environment.
  • Serve as technical expert in assigned functions and projects.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
  • Knowledge of tool, application, and software assessment and integration.
  • Advise the government on all technical aspects associated with all tools integration and management functions including 3rd party software hosting, external interfaces, testing support, problem resolution, sustainment, network and data access.
  • Participate in IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, and PMRs to ensure requirement satisfaction.
  • Support the PM in multiple areas which include program management, acquisition support, analytic support, technical analysis, user requirement management/development, and customer outreach and support.
  • Familiarity with NRO IT related governance, working groups and IPTs.
  • Capable of achieving an OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) certification.

-Junior Level - Bachelor degree in STEM is preferred. Two (2) years relevant experience desired.Experience may be substituted for degree.
-Intermediate Level - Masters degree preferred. Bachelors degree in STEM is expected. Seven (7) years relevant experience required. Three (3) years within the NRO/IC desired.
-Senior Level - Masters degree preferred. Bachelors degree in STEM is expected. Ten (10) years relevant experience expected to include five (5) years within the NRO/IC
