Elevated Industrial Solutions is looking for a tool service coordinator to join our innovative, dynamic team!
About the position: Tool service coordinator
Elevated Industrial Solutions (Air Center) is looking for a Tool Service Coordinator who will be responsible for all aspects of the repair process, except repairing the tools. This person will interact with technicians, sales staff, management, and more importantly – the customers. This position is based in Madison Heights, Michigan.
What you’ll do in the role
- Create work orders for incoming tool repairs
- Create repair quotes for customers using technician estimates
- Follow-up on customer quotes to receive purchase orders
- Submit warranty claims to manufacturers
- Provide inside sales assistance
- Vendor follow-up on parts ordered
- Purchasing repair parts as requested by technicians
- Reorder stock parts and shop supplies with an emphasis on inventory control
- A2LA ISO 17025 calibration audits
- Data entry A2LA calibration certificates
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Outstanding customer service skills via phone and mail
- Detail oriented
- Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- ISO 17025 calibration audit knowledge, preferred
