Job Summary:

This position is for first line of support with our staff to baseline trouble shoot, reset passwords, install printers, and other simple tasks that are asked of our users.

KEY FOUNDATIONAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Technical Qualifications:

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or technical procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to users issues.

Education/Certifications:

Applicant should be organized with a high level of communication skill’s, and a positive attitude. computer skills should be at a moderate to high level with some experience in basic trouble shooting being preferred. Applicant must also posses a valid drivers license with reliable transportation.

College degree is not required but will be considered.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for tier 1 support and upkeep of our ticketing system which provides technical support of computers, phones, printers, mobile devices and copiers, Along with our Business system, and multitude of programs used across all departments

Analyzes and troubleshoots remote computing components such as Cell phones, Hotspot connection, and Remote field software in a machine down situation.

Provides basic training for products and programs of an IT nature to meet the needs of the region.

Travels, when necessary, to remote locations for all the above.

Installs or assists service personnel in installation of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, and printers via remote support.

Enters commands and observes system functions to verify correct system operation.

Responds to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems.

Instructs users in use of equipment, software, and manuals.

Recommends or performs minor remedial actions to correct problems.

Coordinates activities with help desk, network services, or other information systems groups.

Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs
