Responsible for selling tickets and distributing will call (tickets). This role will also assist guests with customer service inquiries as it relates to tickets.
What will you do?
- Conduct Ticket sales, exchanges & refunds as needed.
- Remain current in Ticketmaster Host and ARCHTICS ticketing systems.
- Maintain knowledge of events on sale, ticket discounts and how to access them.
- Must balance sales activity and revenue on a regular basis.
- Assist Box Office Supervisor in balancing daily deposits and vault balance.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
What do you need to succeed?
- Must have knowledge of Ticketmaster Host and ARCHTICS ticketing systems.
- This person must have good communication skills, a commitment to high-quality customer service and be able to handle the high-pressure environment
- Experience with accurate processing of point-of-sales transactions.
- Honesty and integrity are essential to this position.
