A Chance to Grow is a non-profit multi-disciplinary organization located in Northeast Minneapolis. As a respected leader in the community, we are dedicated to promoting the maximum development of the whole child and adult through innovative, individualized and comprehensive brain-centered programs and services.

We are seeking a vision therapist or COTA specializing in vision for 16 hours a week with growth opportunities as client case load increases. This position comes with flexible scheduling!

• Responsibilities include:
• Providing and program vision therapy under remote supervision of OD
• Perform assessments, score and complete paperwork associated with evaluation
• Produce vision reports needed for patients seen and office duties
• Participate and attend ongoing training as required and requested by supervisor. Obtain COVT as able.

• Qualifications:
• Essential:
• Ability to maintain accurate data with attention to detail
• Be able to detect errors and have problem solving skills
• Utilize conflict resolution procedures when necessary to resolve issues
• Flexibility and adaptability as changes occur.
• Desirable: Experience in a clinical or vision environment.
