Position: TEMP Operations Technician I

Department: Production/ Fill & Finish & Sanitation

Hours: Shifts Available: Monday - Friday; 6am-2:30pm

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00per hour

Location: This position is currently out of our Williams location and all training and schedules will be facilitated in Williams until our expansion in June 2023 when this position will then move to Central Point facility.

Summary: This position is responsible for providing support to the Operations Team within Warehouse, Fill & Finish, and Sanitation Departments. Ensuring tasks are performed in a safe and sanitary manner following all current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s). This position is a very physical position. This position is a temporary position, as a temporary worker your assignment will not exceed 6 months. Your department duties will be based on the company's business needs, which may vary weekly depending on company's needs.

FILL & FINISH:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities can include the following, other duties may be assigned:

• Observation and inspection of droppers, applying droppers, loading lines with glass, assisting with floor work as needed.
• Promotes a work environment that meets cGMP regulations by following all established procedures and completing all required training on cGMPs.
• Ensures a safe work environment by following all safety rules, maintaining strong safety awareness and participating in required safety training and meetings.
• Ability to detect issues and troubleshoot.
• Fosters teamwork and collaboration.

SANITATION:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities can include the following, other duties may be assigned:

• Manually cleaning & storing of all containers and equipment after each use according to prescribed procedures
• Assisting with a variety of janitorial tasks to ensure that all areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition.
• Areas of coverage:
  • Wet room processing equipment
  • Production
  • Sanitation
  • Office/Administrative
  • Grounds

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Heavy lifting required.
• Must be able to stand for entire shift.
• Ability to carry out detailed oral or written instructions.
• Ability to work in a team environment without close supervision.
• Must pay close attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills are necessary.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening & background check
• This position is in a cGMP area, therefore masks, lab coats and hair/beard nets must be worn. No makeup, perfumes, acrylic or artificial nails, or jewelry allowed in cGMP work areas.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for long periods of time & heavy lifting required, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Work environment can be noisy requiring PPE; conditions may include occasional exposure to outdoor weather and slippery surfaces.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to quickly organize and communicate thoughts, and to understand communications from others. Ability to maintain composure, listen and respond appropriately. Participates in all team meetings, sharing ideas on continuous process improvement with the supervisor and team members.
