Technical Writer Job at TTI Global
This is what you’ll do (Responsibilities)
- Work with internal teams and process owners to obtain an in-depth understanding of our business processes and the documentation requirements.
- Produce high-quality, easy to understand, documentation that meets the needs of key stakeholders and internal customers.
- Review and analyze existing content to generate a recommendation for architecture, organization and maintenance.
- Develop library of documentation using Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Confluence, Lucid or similar tools.
- Develop documentation templates to allow for consistency and standardization. Must be easy to follow and repeatable.
This is what you’ll need (Requirements)
- 3+ years of proven working experience in technical writing of business process documentation
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
- Excellent written skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Atlassian Suite and/or Lucid a plus
- Experience in ISO (International Organization for Standardization) a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
