ATC is looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to provide dual assistance as both a technical writer and program support for our client’s two programs with over 50 personnel.

Technical Writing Duties:
  • Reviewing and refining PowerPoint presentations for consistency, format, grammar, spelling, appearance, classification+portion marking, etc.
  • Reviewing and refining Word reports for consistency, format, grammar, spelling, appearance, classification+portion marking, etc.
    • Working with required entities to internally publish SCI documents/reports
  • Proposal support: consolidating and writing first drafts; ensuring compliance with RFPs; merging inputs from numerous teammates; submitting final, polished proposal
  • Posting chart content for customer consumption
  • Facilitate document review process and maintain configuration management of in-process and released documents

Program Support Coordination Duties:
  • Coordinating incoming visits with customers (~4x/month)
    • working with security + front desk to pass visit requests and ensure customers can access meetings with ease
    • booking conference rooms and ensuring readiness for customer meetings
  • Coordinating outgoing visits to customer sites; pass Visit Requests and following up
  • Driving PowerPoint charts for on-site customer meetings
  • Maintain team roster and organizational chart across multiple systems
  • Facilitate administrative on-boarding for new team members with badge requests, account requests, access requests, Interface for basic IT services, etc.
    • The SOP for these things has been established. Personnel are available for training. The task is to ensure processing is not needlessly slowed/halted
  • Help maintain team Confluence and wiki pages across multiple systems
  • Track multiple Assets and update their status/location in the Resource Management System (RMS) and participate in finding assets during Audits.
    • Facilitate rotating equipment in and out of the building for calibration/repair (2-3 pieces per month)
  • Track personnel leave requests and inputs information into RMS system.

Occasional Duties:
  • Graphic design to support proposals and presentations
  • Data management: Document scanning, data transfers

Requirements:
  • High competency with Microsoft product suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • No telework – on site in DC location
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in order to provide dual-hat support to 2 programs with 50+ personnel
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and must work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen .
