Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the management and delivery of physical security and Software as a Service (SaaS) products to federal government clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, technical knowledge of physical security systems, and expertise in interfacing with federal government contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of federal government contracts related to physical security SaaS products.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of products to federal government clients.
• Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure all aspects of the product delivery process are aligned and on track.
• Collaborate with federal government clients to understand their requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage the identification, assessment, and mitigation of program risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards for security and privacy.
• Provide regular status updates to executive management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong understanding of physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and software platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of federal government procurement processes and contracting vehicles, including FAR, DFARS, and GSA Schedules preferred.
• Familiarity with government security and privacy requirements, including FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53 preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
