Summit Technologies, Inc. has a potential opportunity for a Technical Instructor/Writer. In this role you will instruct in a variety of environments, revise and develop course material. This is a full-time role located on site at Fort Sam Houston, TX. Any individual hired will need to comply with all onboarding and annual training requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct instruction in a variety of environments, which include online, classroom, clinical (BAMC), or field instruction outdoors on Fort Sam Houston and/or Camp Bullis.
- Complete tasks in accordance with government approved, TRADOC regulations and standards, and unit specific processes.
- Analyze the course curriculum while working closely with the client to identify, revise and develop required course material using various instructional methodologies.
- Present specific courseware modules using established guidelines from the client and in accordance with established instructional course design models.
- Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate student education competencies.
- Administer, review and correct quizzes, tests, exams, assignments, and papers.
- Maintain security over all teaching materials (e.g., tests, answer keys, answer sheets, and student grades). These materials shall not be improperly reproduced or distributed and must be immediately provided to the Training Specialist/Course Manager.
- Conduct after action reviews (AAR) and evaluations.
- Implement course and program recommendations based on student input with client approval.
- Perform decision-making, problem solving, set priorities (many of which must be carried on simultaneously), analyze data, develop plans of action, evaluate results, and adapt various methods to course delivery of material and student completion rates.
- Research professional literature, doctrine, and training materials.
- Performs evaluation of existing training products, analysis of target audience training requirements and desired learning outcomes.
- Research and author new training materials and products.
- Collaborate with relevant Army experts and offices.
- 3 or more years of experience
- License/certifications from any of the following specializations:
- Doctors (All medical specialties)
- Physician Assistants
- Nurses (RN, BNS, Nurse Practitioner)
- Veterinarians
- Paramedics
- Combat Medics
- Updated resume including MM/YYYY for each employer.
