We are looking for upbeat individuals to join us in baking a wide variety of Crumbl Cookies' famously delicious cookies while providing a welcoming and professional experience to each of our guests.

Crew Member Responsibilities:

• Read and understand Crumbl recipes
• Measure and combine ingredients while using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
• Decorating and displaying the finished product.
• Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality standards.
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Take client information and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Clean and restock workstation and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
• Previous food experience is preferred, but not required.
• Time management skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to close during the week/weekends. Monday-Thursday must be able to work within the hours of 3pm- 11pm or 5pm-11pm, Fridays/Saturdays, must be able to work within the hours of 3pm-12:30am or 5pm-12:30am. We have full-time and part-time hours available.

Benefits:

• Starting pay is a combined pay of base rate and tips. Base pay range is $9.00 to $11.00 per hour, tips is $4.00 to $6.00 per hour for a combined rate of $13.00 to $17.00 per hour. After you have worked in the position and gained on-the job experience, mastering each station, you will receive a Training Bonus of $150 and $1.00 raise in your base pay.
• Weekend Evenings (must be able to close until 1am)- additional incentive for working nights after 8pm- there will be a shift premium of an additional $1.00 per hour. Weekend Availability is required (Friday or Saturday). Crumbl is closed on Sunday.
