Team Experience & Engagement Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Team Experience & Engagement (DTEE)

The Talent We Seek:
We seek a dynamic candidate to work closely with the Director of Team Experience and Engagement (DTEE). In addition to human resources and employee engagement functions, this unique role supports volunteer engagement and programming. The incumbent will immerse themselves in organizational culture through employee engagement programs and deliver effective relationship management, collaboration, and empathy skills in doing the work:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Volunteerism (25%)
  • Recruit volunteers to meet volunteer needs across various programs, obtains and manage volunteer information including skills, availability, and goals support the director with scheduling and coordinating with volunteers to meet program expectations.
  • Manage and maintain all volunteer data, including files, records, applications, and other data concerning the volunteer program.
  • Support DTEE in coordinating volunteer recognition and appreciation events and activities.
  • Support DTEE with volunteer communications and engagement.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Internships (25%)
  • Liaise between Graham, academic institutions, and students to facilitate placements.
  • Assist with recruiting, screening, and onboarding students selected to join the Graham Internship Program
  • Aid with credentialing students and executing their professional development plan
  • Plan and facilitate in partnership with DTEE internship events and engagement activities (i.e., Internship Breakfast, internship chat and chew, Internship evaluation, etc., and other related duties).

Onboarding (25%)
  • Assist with curating a robust welcome experience and onboarding program for all new members of Graham Windham’s team (employees, interns, and volunteers).
  • Coordinates closely with DTEE to work with Talent Team, Learning & Practice Proficiency Trainer/Coaches to ensure a seamless pre-service education and onboarding experience for each new team member.

Communications (25%)
  • Co-create organization quarterly newsletter
  • Support in creating marketing materials for recruitment and onboarding
  • Support in drafting all staff communications around various employee engagement initiatives
  • Support DTEE in creating content to strengthen the organization’s presence on social media platforms
