We have a great opportunity for Tape Edge Machine Operator with experience in tape edge machine. We offer competitive pay and benefits. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operates the tape edge machine to join mattress panel to boarder, positioning mattress on table and feeding material to be sewn.
• Assembles mattress units per established work instructions using variety of pneumatic tools (c-ring, stable guns, and hot glue guns)
• Re-threads sewing machine as needed
• Ensures quality standards are met according to guidelines
• Correct any defective taping on mattresses * Changes the needle and binding tape for the sewing machine as needed*
• Makes necessary machine adjustments and perform basic machine maintenance * Maintain work area clean * Follows safety standards REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to stand through work shift * Frequent to pulling and pushing * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Maintain safety standards * Team player * Prior experience in sewing in any type of sewing machine a plus*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.50 per hour
