We are currently seeking a talented and team-oriented AP Specialist to add to our team.Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with engineering hiring managers to deeply learn their work and teams, crafting a strategy and sourcing plan to reach technical talent
  • Work closely with the Director of Talent to grow technical teams in new regions.
  • Execute recruiting process end to end, moving both sourced candidates, organic applicants, and those represented by our agency partners through the interview stages in a timely manner
  • Research and present innovative sourcing solutions
  • Source diverse candidates using a variety of platforms & strategies (this role will have an emphasis on sourcing & progressing candidates through the recruiting process; so this role will provide opportunities to work at every stage of the hiring process
  • Build candidate pipelines and foster relationships with passive and active candidates
  • Meet with all hiring managers and approved recruiting agencies on a weekly basis to ensure candidates are having an exceptional candidate experience
  • Partner with the larger People Team regarding the creation and implementation of new recruiting practices that support international hiring
  • Report updates weekly on all open positions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree not required but preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruiting or sourcing engineering talent
  • Hungry, humble and smart. An effective communicator with high emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
  • Ability to navigate difficult conversations with a balance of candor and humility.
  • Relationship builder with an empowering and inclusive approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable the ability to build trustworthy relationships internally and externally with all levels of people with demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Self-directed and organized with high energy and a sense of urgency.
  • Flexible and able to react to change and conflict in a positive, constructive manner.
  • Ability to demonstrate resiliency and commitment and loyalty to a shared cause.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
