Position Summary:
Odyssey Systems is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Jr. Sourcer to our team. In this role you will support overall behind the scenes processes while supporting various programs in sourcing efforts and new program transitions utilizing internal and external resources and networks to identify and attract top talent.

This is a full-time hybrid role for anyone in Dayton, OH.
Responsibilities:
Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Support new recruiting projects, and/or optimize current TA processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the team with management and analysis of relevant department data and systems.
  • Run daily reports for TA and groups.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand the type of ATS profile creation is needed.
  • Coordinate networking, and career fair events.
  • Build pipelines of pre-qualified talent for current and future positions
  • Identify candidates using multiple techniques, including cold calling competitors, online databases, social media, Boolean string searches, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
Qualifications:
Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: one year of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition support/sourcing.

Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Strong experience with Excel.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing work based on business needs and deadlines.
  • A desire for continuous learning, supporting, and advancing Odyssey’s mission, values, and culture
  • Comfortable and willing to develop a passive network of candidates that will add value to our current and/or future hiring.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressures, and across multiple time zones as needed.
Preferred Experience:
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Experience: One or more years of Talent Acquisition support or sourcing experience.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software and job boards
