Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• The Team Member will be trained on and willing to learn and execute the following duties:
• Take guest food and beverage orders.
• Prepare food and beverage orders, wraps and package guest’s orders in paper bag or carry out tray.
• Prepares food according to Taco Bell standards and food safety requirements.
• Operate cash register: collect payments, makes change and follows the Bell American Cash Control Policy.
• Clean tables, seats in lobby, counters, condiment stand, floors, bathrooms; take out trash.

• Fills condiments containers; restock food line and cooler. Performs other duties as directed by Manager in Charge.
• Effectively handle guest complaints/issues.
• Comply with store security and safety standards.
• Brings any concerns to the Manager in Charge
• Reports to work on-time and for scheduled shifts. Delivers quality food to guests within speed guidelines Skills and Requirements
• Must be upbeat and pleasant with the guests. Maintain personal hygiene standards and follow the Bell American Uniform Policy.
• Must be able to move quickly to serve the guest in an efficient manner.
• Must maintain strict adherence to quality control standards by Bell American Group.
