Job Description


The successful candidate will be responsible for all conference room deployments in the America's region. This role is responsible to manage the acceptance and commissioning of new or refreshed Conference rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) - with an in-depth technical knowledge of MTR systems required. This includes and not limited to: Large Auditoriums; Training Rooms; small, medium, and large conference rooms; new installations and construction support is also part of this role. This successful candidate will manage install and telephony suppliers and will own the relationship of the third-party integrator.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors with 6+ years or 6+ years of experience in Lieu of a degree

3+ years of experience with the following skills:

  • Program Management Experience
  • EOL
  • Unite Systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have prior Program Management Experience
  • Must have knowledge of the Intel buildings and FABs across the USA
  • Must have Technical adeptness in integration and management of Microsoft Teams Rooms
  • Must have prior experience in the skilled management of the vendors/suppliers in the USA and meet with them on a regular/daily basis to manage all aspects of rooms from design to EOL
  • Must have experience in validation and planning of the approved projects that are refreshed existing rooms or new construction
  • Must have knowledge and experience in order procurement from a finalized BoM (must know how to read a room design schematic and make changes as directed)
  • Must have experience in the management of shipping and storing of the inventory at the project sites - including spares, and owning the RMA processes to ensure no room is unavailable
  • Must have experience with Intel UNITE systems
  • Must have professional communication skills (verbal and written)

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $96,030.00-$144,050.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
