WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Systems Analyst – Mortgage Lending Solutions has broad responsibility for the technical and functional operation of the TruStone Financial Credit Union financial systems and their related third-party interfaces. The primary objectives for this position are ensuring financial systems and their related third-party interfaces and modules are working reliably, effectively and efficiently; ensuring the data integrity; maintaining proper security to prevent unauthorized access and processing; testing and validating systems upgrades; ensuring backup and recovery procedures are in place and maintained; and ensuring systems operational processes are occurring timely and accurately. The Systems Analyst is responsible, at times, for serving as the lead for technology projects related to the financial systems.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours per week between the hours of Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm; exempt.

In addition:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years job related experience.
  • ITIL Certification, preferred.
  • Strong, efficient project management skills.
  • Experience with Encompass, FICS, SimpleNexus, Meridian Link or equivalent lending work experience.
  • Experience with Lean Software Development Principles – Scrum, Kanban, DEVOPS, etc.
  • Familiarity with RPA machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Familiarity with computer language structures such as Visual Basic, SQL, JHA PowerOn.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement & Process re-engineering methodologies such as Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping and Lean.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise and professional manner to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Proven ability to analyze and define problems and design and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Strong and effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
