As an IT Systems Administrator you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of major IT applications and systems used within Club Carwash. This role is Non-remote and based out of HQ in Columbia, Missouri.

Responsibilities:.

• 
  Responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and support of system-level administration for Windows, macOS, mobile workstations and servers supporting applications, printing, backup, and remote access.
• Planning, designing, and supporting cloud-based solutions including Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365 security and exchange
• Responsible for scripting, imaging process, patch management, software deployment and licensing management, group policies, data backup, and account management.
• Research, test, and recommend IT solutions for systems management and desktop support team.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, topologies, and system configurations.
• Provide support for the IT help desk team.
• Understand the technical operations of a carwash
• Work with the Director of IT and the IT team to execute projects in a timely manner.
• Configure, develop and test functionality and rollout of customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases, for SalesForce application based on user/business needs.
• Support data management efforts to ensure Salesforce data quality
• Assess emerging technologies, stay aware of industry trends.
• Installation and configuration of OS on both physical or virtual servers
• Administer assigned systems and oversee processes related to user access, system settings, roles, security, etc
• Perform system analysis to determine the impact of proposed solutions.
• Administer on-prem phone system for local Headquarters.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications– Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA or CCNA) is a plus
• Salesforce System Administrator certification or Salesforce Advanced System Administrator certification.
• Experience with basic Salesforce API connections for Salesforce native apps, AppExchange products, and data pipelines

Qualifications– Must Have:

• 2+ years of experience in Systems Administration
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to multi-task and assume various positions on team projects.
• Good understanding of configuring Single Sign-on, Conditional Policies and Multi-Factor Authentications
• Demonstrates understanding of “customer orientation” and “team focus”.
• Experienced with Microsoft Endpoint/Intune management
• Experience administering MS365 including email, OneDrive and Teams
