The Social and emotional school lead is responsible for delivering a high-quality instructional experience consistent with the curriculum standards of the school district. Essential duties for all faculty members include classroom instruction; conferences with students, parents, and colleagues; active participation in the work of the department on curriculum development, activities, and pedagogy.Qualifications: *FPS Unit A or Unit B*Position Type: Unit A stipend level 5*Positions available: 1 per school Essential Duties & Responsibilities *School lead to assist in the rollout and implementation of social-emotional assessments, reviews, and practices for each school the lead is assigned.

Must have the availability to meet once a month as an entire group with Central Office and work collaboratively with one another. Requirements: *Must have the ability to assist in the implementation of new practices within their assigned school. This includes holding training, monitoring assessments, and developing of a strong system of SEL system of support.
