• Shift: Day/Evening 5x8, 3x12 -Hour
• Hours/week: 36/40
• Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension
• Start: ASAP

• Daily Average Surgical Case Volume: 22
• Shift: 3x12 (6:30-19:00), 5x8 (06:30 - 15:00)
• RTO: 7 days MAX
• Call Requirement: Yes 2-3 weekends per contract; Wkend=12h Sat+Sun NIGHT
• Float Requirement: Yes Potential floating to other hospitals with the CLT Market
• Weekend Requirement: 3

REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:

• Certs: BLS, NBSTSA and CST cert Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology program.
• Minimum Years of Experience:3 Years experience min
• Surgery Experience: MUST have scrubbing experience.
• Traveler Experience: Unit WILL NOT accept 1st time Travelers
• General Skills Experience Required: Case Cart, Crash Cart, Scrub, Aseptic Technique
• General Skills Experience preferred: Sterilization, Decontamination, Assembly/Wrap, Scope/Probe Reprocessing, Airway Management.
• Skills Robotic (Davinci XI) and orthopedic (total joints) Robotics (experience in docking robot and inserting robot arms) Bariatrics, Plastics Podiatry
• Surgery Cases required: General, Ortho, Ortho/Total Joints, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Gyn Robotics and total joints experience is a HARD STOP
• Labor and Delivery Cases: Abdominal hysterectomy, Anterior/Posterior repair, Bilateral tubal ligation, Dilation & Curettage, Laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures, Vaginal hysterectomy
• *In addition to the weekly guaranteed hours, travelers may also be required to work up to 2 additional shifts (or partial shifts) every 6 weeks. Additional shifts may be any combination of: full or partial weekday shift, weekday night call, full or partial weekend shift, or weekend day call.
