Position Overview:

Care.com is seeking a support specialist to provide technical and administrative support for our team of direct hire caregivers. This team provides backup childcare for Care.com's corporate clients. In this role, you will support technical challenges with our booking platform, help answer booking related inquiries, and support our caregiver supervisors with administrative assignments. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast pace environment, has a passion for helping support others, and is an outstanding team player

What You'll Do:

  • Support our booking platform which includes helping answer questions to our caregivers, supporting partnerships with our scheduling team, and maintaining our areas of coverage
  • Understand and identify opportunities for process improvement to create a best-in-class professional caregiver experience
  • Be a "change champion" and helping to drive positive movement in the caregiver experience relating to bookings, availability, and our booking platform
  • Help support our caregiver supervisors with administrative assignments as needed including but not limited to emails, onboarding support, caregiver compliance screening, and more.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of administrative support
  • You bring high energy that is contagious
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • You have a data-driven mindset: You understand and use metrics and historical information to influence well-rounded decisions
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-function teams
  • Experience at a technology company is a plus

Hourly Rate Range: $17.35 to 26.03/hr.

The hourly range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
