GRO is now hiring a Supply and Material Coordinator. GRO is looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) Coordinator to support our landscape supply yard and store by working four 10 hour days, including 1 weekend day. Enjoy 3 days off per week!

The Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service, through personal contact with customers, resolution of customer complaints, and delivery of products
  • Operate the cash register (processing payments, issuing receipts)
  • Greet customers and help them with any questions they may have
  • Operate loader and forklift and load landscaping materials
  • Assist in checking in GRO crews as outlined by Manager
  • Assist in the safe loading and unloading of products within the yard
  • Keep shop and yard organized
  • Perform cycle counts on product
  • Assist in making back flows or assembling other field supplies
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; comply with legal regulations
  • Discuss equipment issues, maintenance plans, and work performed with manager
  • Procure materials as requested
  • Perform other duties as assigned
