The Uniform Distribution Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Uniform room.

What will you do?

• 
  Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements as needed; counsel, train, support and instruct uniform room staff.
• Monitor uniform inventory, order replacement and attic stock; scan and inventory all garments, including cleaned and new stock.
• Use GIMS software system to assign garments to employees and run inventory reports; use GIMS to add and remove employee profiles as needed.
• Complete daily checklists and reports in a timely manner; complete and submit work orders applicable to the uniform room within CMMS system.
• Receive and distribute daily delivery of uniform garments from cleaners; sort soil garments in preparation for outgoing laundry service.
• Assist in fitting new employees for tailored uniform garments; install employee name labels inside garments.
• Retrieve uniform items left in employee locker rooms; keep uniform room organized and up to standard.

What do you need to succeed?

• 
  Minimum 2-4 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask, while working independently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office, Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills to function effectively within established deadlines, paying particular attention to detail, in a fast-paced, high energy type environment.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a personality suited for customer service and positive co-worker relationships.
