STARTING PAY RANGE: $17.83-$21.84/hr. commensurate with experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to use and teach proper equipment operation in a state-of-the-art kitchen.
• Knowledge of modern health, sanitary and safety standards and practices applied to food service.
• Ability to follow recipes and product cooking instructions.
• Ability to maintain quantity, quality, and inventory controls.
• Ability to perform above average physical requirements of food service work to include stooping, bending, extensive walking, standing for long periods and lifting 50 pounds.
• High School graduation or GED equivalent
• Demonstrated effective understanding of food preparation and food service operations.
• Able to demonstrate common culinary skills and understanding of culinary concepts.

THE BEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

• Minimum two years of volume food service production
• ServSafe Certification
