The Health and Human Performance Laboratory run by Dr. David Creswell, explores diverse topics in social and health psychology. Our work lies at the interface between health psychology, social psychology, clinical psychology, and health neuroscience. We study stress and coping with a focus on stress management strategies (e.g., self-affirmation, cognitive reappraisal, social connection) and interventions (e.g., mindfulness meditation), for understanding stress resilience processes.

We are seeking a part-time study recruitment lead. Note: This position is a fixed-term role for 1 year.
Core responsibilities include:
  • Screening interested participants for two large randomized controlled trials (RCTs)
  • Promoting the studies through various recruitment channels
  • Tracking eligibility for the study CONSORT flowchart

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior research experience working in and around labs
  • Or a combination of education and meaningful experience from which comparable knowledge is proven

  • Strong analytical skills
