Student Accounts Representative Job at University of Mary Hardin-Baylor

University of Mary Hardin-Baylor Belton, TX 76513

Responsibilities:
Performs routine daily activities related to student accounts, to include the provision of excellent customer service, reviewing student accounts, account communications and collections. Serves as an advocate and advisor to assist students and families with their financial obligation inquiries.

Minimum Requirements:
1. High school diploma or GED is required.
2. A minimum of two (2) years employment experience in a billing, accounts receivable or cashier/teller position is required.
3. Experience in a high level of customer service environment (to include walk-up, written, email and telephone communications) is required.
4. Cash drawer reconciliation and bank deposit experience is preferred.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (excel, word processing, e-mail, database, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
6. Must be proficient in general office equipment operation.
7. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
8. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects.
