Structural Engineer- Fort Worth
Halff has an open position for a Structural Engineer in our Fort Worth office. This position is for an individual with 5+ years of experience in Structural Engineering interested in working on building and bridge design projects.
Responsibilities:
- Will design complete projects such as buildings, hydraulic structures, Civil Structures, and vehicular bridges
- Will manage production of construction drawings for own work
- Will review contractor submittals during construction
- Will coordinate effort with clients as well as in-house engineers and architects
- Will assist in training less experienced staff
- Will provide CAD assistance when necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering
- Master’s Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering with a Structural emphasis
- EIT License is required
- PE license in Texas
- 5+ years of experience in Structural Design
- Experience managing structural design and plan production
- MicroStation, Revit or AutoCAD training is a plus
